- Summary
- COI synopsis: British fashion first set the world alight in the ‘sixties, and has since become a pacemaker for the world’s fashion industry. From the Royal Academy of Art in London, Gail Spiro reports on the biggest ever show of British fashion 1975-style. We see the latest creations of Britain’s top commercial designers - elegant, show-stopping women’s clothes made for the couture market. And we look at the newest ideas coming from the students in Britain’s top fashion schools - the sort of ideas that may well make them the top designers of the future.
