Pat Ward was a director of individual stories for issues of Roundabout, a technicolor cinemagazine made by Associated British Pathe [qv] and later British Movietonews [qv] for the Central Office of Information (COI) [qv]. One of his earliest credits for this series is ‘DAIRY SHOW’, Roundabout No.83, released April 1969. He also directed odd stories for another COI cinemagazine at this time, Parade (1963-1973), his earliest credit being ‘AFRICAN CENTRE’, Parade No.69, released June 1969.
Later, in the mid 1970s he worked on another COI series This Week In Britain (1959-1980). One of his earliest credits is for ‘KENTISH FARM’, This Week In Britain No.849, released 1975. He also directed odd issues of the magazine series London Line (1964-1979), such as ‘The Centre’, London Line No.543, released in 1977.
Later, in the mid 1970s he worked on another COI series This Week In Britain (1959-1980). One of his earliest credits is for ‘KENTISH FARM’, This Week In Britain No.849, released 1975. He also directed odd issues of the magazine series London Line (1964-1979), such as ‘The Centre’, London Line No.543, released in 1977.
