DESCRIPTION: Her Majesty the Queen and Prince Philip arrived at Victoria Station to welcome King Bhumibol Adulyadej and Queen Sirikit of Thailand. After greetings from the Royal Family and Government and civic leaders, the party left to drive to the Palace.
