Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Advance US Bomber Station in China. DESCRIPTION: The 14th Air Force carry out an attack on Haiphong in what used to be French Indo-China. The planes then return to their base somewhere in China, where Chinese personnel form part of the ground crews. SHOTLIST: Cut story - Aerial shot of smoke rising from fires caused by US bombing, over Haiphong. China, GS of aerodrome, & two Liberators landing, with tails down. Interior shots of repair shops, shows Chinese workmen making various component parts for all types of machines. Chinese workmen leaving factory.
