The British Universities Film & Video Council offers a number of technical services and facilities that are available to the general public. These include:
- 16mm editing and viewing equipment
- film and video conversion
- digital projection screening
- 30-seat seminar room hire
- HD video conferencing
There are special discounted rates for BUFVC members and for staff and students from member institutions.
Digital Transfer Service
The BUFVC’s digitisation service converts analogue and digital content for online delivery and storage.
Film Research
Use of the 16mm Steenbeck (film to video/DVD) for research, editing and audition.
Seminar room
Fully air-conditioned room with Ground Floor entrance via reception/foyer.
Video Conferencing
High Definition Video Conferencing facilities are also available with a 50inch LCD HD display or optional projector output.
