Rhodesian Spotlight Commentary - Unofficial members of Northern Rhodesia’s Legislative Council foregather for preliminary talks in Lusaka. Their Chairman is Mr Roberts who holds the portfolio for Lands, Health and Local Government. Mr W. H. Wroth has Agriculture and Natural Resouces, Mr W. G. Dunlop has charge of Commerce and Industry and with the portfolio for African Interests is Mr H. Franklin.
The scene shifts to Southampton for the arrival in England of the ex Governor of Northern Rhodesia Sir Gilbert Renuie. He was met on board by Mr Ross and Lt.
