MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Preparing for Tournament. DESCRIPTION: The hangar at Cardington - once an airstrip station - is ideal for training young parachutists. There is a lot to learn in this profession before you take silk. At the moment, they’re preparing for a demonstration at the Royal Tournament. SHOTLIST: MS paratrooper (key). Low angle - paratrooper being raised to roof of hangar. Low angle GV paratroopers towards ground. Same parachute shrouds camera. Pan paratroopers train by falling to ground from cradle.
