- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Bridging the Ganges. DESCRIPTION: Until now, the only way of crossing the river Ganges in the State of Bihar, has been by ferry. Now, a bridge has just been built to the designs of Mr John Fenton, a British engineer. The Green Arrow train brought the Prime Minister, Mr Nehru who came to perform the opening and he met Mr Fenton, specially invited to the ceremony. SHOTLIST: Local people (key).
