Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Army Beats Navy - Football. DESCRIPTION: Vast crowds attended the match between America’s Army and Navy. The Army won the tough game by 21 points to 0. SHOTLIST: KS GV elevated Army and Navy supporters on centre of field, they spell the words Beat Army. MS Navy shouting their slogan. MS Army also shouting their motto. Mr Truman in stand. SCU Lord Alexander and General Eisenhower. MS Lord Inverchapel. Game under way, Army player runs through and touches down. SLOW MOTION - Navy player throws ball to player who catches ball, starts running along pitch, his fellow players butting the Army players, several shots of men knocked down by butting. Player goes through and eventually brought to ground. GV crowds cheering, throwing hats etc. in air.
