Synopsis
Juvenile nuisance - the problems caused by groups of young people hanging around creating noise, litter and other problems. There is also the fear of drug and alcohol misuse and bad language. Police officers give their views and some young people stand up for themselves, claiming they are victimised when they have done nothing wrong.
