Fired Up
- Synopsis
- FIRED UP is video resource for those working with 14-17 year olds to facilitate discussions about anger and strong emotions - and how to manage them. It looks at the pressures young people face and aims to help them explore more effective ways to identify and communicate their emotions. Designed so that it can be used to stimulate discussion or as a resource for more extensive anger management programmes for young people in trouble. The video looks at the whole anger cycle - from the triggers, thoughts, feelings to the actions and the aftermath through drama and the experiences of young people.
