At the centre of the BUFVC Information Service is its database of media materials available throughout the world, detailing some 26,000 titles either currently or once in distribution. The website can be searched by title, participant, distributor, producer or keyword.
BUFVC staff hand pick the entries in the database, evaluating them individually for their usefulness in higher and further education. They include DVDs and video tapes, slides and podcasts, CDs and websites, literally covering academic subject areas from advertising to zoology, and back again.
