Summary
NoS synopsis: "Every day in every way our Continental friends seem to find new ways to turn and twist those novel health wheels -" L/S of 7 or 8 women operating a new keep fit device. Two large wheels with struts attached form the basis of the health wheel - they trundle towards the camera with women inside them. Various exercises are demonstrated. "Nothing but good turns here -" The women exercise in synchronisation. Very "health and beauty" stylised movements. Several pairs of women exercise together with the wheel. We then see men exercising with the wheel. They seem to be at a kind of show ground demonstrating the device. Two men operate the same wheel. We then see two girls exercising together inside the wheel. The wheel rotates with them inside it. One woman rotates with her hands free as her feet are strapped in. "The latest in massed misses." High angle shot of a dozen women carrying a health wheel above their head. They put it down on the ground and then lean on it, throwing their legs up behind them. High angle shot of a stadium with many wheels being demonstrated. Low angle shot of a girl in a shiny outfit spinning round. Various shots of lots and lots of girls using the wheels.
