Summary
COI synopsis: New systems and machines designed to help their users pinpoint the right time... or the right place. Closed circuit television - already common in industry - makes its debut in British agriculture. By monitoring the births, first of lambs and now of piglets, so that help can be on hand exactly when it’s needed, the number of young animals lost has been dramatically cut down.
