- COI synopsis: New systems and machines designed to help their users pinpoint the right time... or the right place. At sea, the yachtsman in a well-equipped boat can find out where he is from a worldwide network of radio beacons. Up to now he has needed a keen ear, an extensive knowledge of morse and a bit of patience. Now there is a new direction finder on the market which does all the work for him - and so simple that even a child can find his bearings.
