- COI synopsis: New systems and machines designed to help their users pinpoint the right time... or the right place. At sea, the yachtsman in a well-equipped boat can find out where he is from a worldwide network of radio beacons. Up to now he has needed a keen ear, an extensive knowledge of morse and a bit of patience.
