SHOTLIST: GV exterior Charing Cross Hospital. LV entrance. SV people at reception desk. CU receptionist. SV coloured girl makes enquiries. LV escalators in reception area. Angle shot sign Lloyds Bank. LV woman at bank counter shop in reception area, SV man at counter. GV people & patients in & out of lifts. LV kitchen staff at work putting food on plates. CU coloured girl (kitchen staff). SV she puts food onto plate. 3 SVs pan food on plate passing along conveyor belt, more food onto plate, covers placed over food & tray carried away. LV girl operators at communications board. SV lights flashing. GTV operation in progress in theatre. SV a nurse sitting in her quarters alongside wards - waiting. SV patient sitting up in bed about to operate calling button. CU patient’s hand pushes calling button. SV light flashing on communication board. SV operator on communications (answers patient’s call). CU operator talks to patient. CU patient in bed talking back. SCU answering machine on patient’s bed. SV operator on communications board prepares to call nurse by pressing buttons on panel. 3 CUs operator’s hand presses nurses button, nurse at desk looks round as signal sounds, warning light on bike. LV nurse gets up and switches off signal alarm. CU hand ditto. GV nurse walks out of her quarters to go & assist patient with her needs, GV nurse enters ward & goes up to patient in bed. CU woman patient in bed. GV women’s ward.
