MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Saving Space in ‘Brum’. DESCRIPTION: Birmingham Corporation has just begun a unique experiment in car parking. Consisting of 3 ramps or arches, it is built in such a way that they can be dismantled and re-erected elsewhere if future town planning demands it.
