- Summary
- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Eton Wall Game Up Against It. DESCRIPTION: Every St Andrew’s day, Collegers and Oppidans (ten of each) have a pitched battle, known as the Eton Wall Game. It is difficult to explain the game; and most of it is a sort of free-for-all, with the ball nowhere in sight. No-one’s scored a goal for about 50 years, but that in no way spoils the fun.
