Samuelson

The ‘Samuelson’ credit could refer to any member of the Samuelson family; Sydney (qv), Michael (qv) or David (qv). Often their initials or first names were not noted on the issue sheets, and because of their overlapping careers it is very difficult to distinguish their work from one another.
