- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Unveiling of Singapore Memorial. DESCRIPTION: The Singapore War Memorial, overlooking the Straits of Johore is an impressive token of remembrance. The Governor and Commander-in-Chief Sir Robert Black, went to perform the solemn ceremony of its unveiling.
