Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: A White Christmas. DESCRIPTION: Those who insist of dreaming of a White Christmas (even down South in London) had their wish. The snow was enough to make a visit to Hampstead Heath worth while. There was snow in Cyprus, too but Christmas Day for men of the Second Parachute Regiment included special patrol duty in the Troodos Mountains. SHOTLIST: Tobogganing on Hampstead Heath. Various shots of kids on sleds coming down slopes. Cars with snow on roof and windscreen. Woman collects milk from doorstep and shakes snow off it. Patrol in Troodos Mountains. Troops sliding down hillside looking for terrorists. Corporal directing troops for search.
