- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Home Again. DESCRIPTION: The Asturias docked at Southampton with over five hundred ex-prisoners of war from Korea. About four thousand relatives were ready to greet them and, at last, after years of hardship in captivity, the troops were re-united with their loved-ones. A few of the ex-Prisoners told of their experiences in Communist hands. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. The Asturias. Various shots of her docking. Band of Gloucesters on quayside playing. People waving from quayside to men on ship. Various expressions on peoples’ faces. Teems with rain, band packs up. CU woman waving. First troops down gangway.
