MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Queen Visits Bif. DESCRIPTION: Driving from Buckingham Palace to Olympia, the Queen and the Duke were received by the President of the Board of Trade and Mrs Thorneycroft on their visit to this section of the British Industries Fair. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. GV stands. Arrival of Queen & Duke of Edinburgh, alight from car, received by Mr & Mrs Thorneycroft. Inside - Walking round inspecting stands, including silver-ware, etc. & souvenirs of the Coronation. Prince William & Prince Richard also present. The above in the toy section. Queen walks over to the BOAC stand, admirers the Comet, talks (silent) to Sir Miles Thomas.
