Panning along London Street closed landau. Same arrives at Irish Embassy. Mr Dulanty enters landau. Landau driven through Piccadilly Circus. Mix to arriving at Buckingham Palace. Policeman at gate. Landau drives through. . In Dublin, Motor cycle escort precedes car to Arus an Uachtarain. Sir Gilbert Laithwaite enters. Interior President O’Kelly receives him and accepts his credentials. CUS of both personalities. O’Kelly looks at his (Sir Glibert’s) various Orders on his uniform. Guard of Honour outside present arms & National anthem is played.
