Crowds in streets of Mansfield & Market Place. Elevated GV arrival Royal car. Queen & Mayor (Alderman Pratt) walk along outside Town Hall talk to disabled men. Arrives at Portland Training College for disabled. Mounts rostrum. Queen greeted by Duchess of Portland. Queen addresses gathering. Walks through crowd to college. SCU turning key in door. Interior - Queen chats with disabled working. At Harlow Wood Orthopaedic Hospital walks past nurses. Interior, watching patients receive treatment in remedial bath.
