MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Sports - Eton V Harrow at Lord’s. DESCRIPTION: ETON V HARROW - At Lord’s the annual cricket match between the two Public Schools ended in a draw. KING’S PRIZE - The winner of the shooting competition at Bisley was Squadron Leader Willott. CYCLING-FRENCH STYLE - Cycles of all types and sizes took to the track in Gervaise, France. SHOTLIST: CUT STORY: KS GV open coaches in grounds. Several shots people seated on coaches. Eton boys walk through grounds minus their toppers and Harrow straws. CU types eating ice cream cornets. Various shots of play Coles of Eton scores a century, raises cap in acknowledgement of applause. Bisley, Surrey - CU Army officer seated on ground. Various shots CU & MS of types in all kinds of headgear, some taking aim, others looking at their rifles. SCU Air Chief Marshal Lord Tedder with another RAF officer. Parade round range after competition, won by Squadron Leader Willott, band leads the way, followed by crowd chairing Willott, rifle in hand. Gervaise, France - Various shots of all types of inventions, weird and peculiar. Cycles being ridden round track. Small man rides largest bike in world, man rides smallest bike in world, all types of models. Mechanical armchair being ridden round track. Girl rides (drives) a car that spins on the spot. Mechanical pram going round the track, followed by the mechanical armchair again.
