MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Tennis in Australia. DESCRIPTION: Spectators at the New South Wales Tennis Championships saw brilliant newcomer, Dinny Pails, partner Jack Crawford in a Doubles match. In the Singles Final Pails caused a sensation by beating Bromwich. SHOTLIST: KS Crowd shot. CU Adrian Quist as spectator, suffering from tennis elbow. Various shots of crowds. LIBRARY: Two crowd shots. Jack Crawford and Dinny Pails play Barker and Brodie in doubles. Elevated shot game in progress. Elevated shot of slow-motion doubles in progress. Cut-ins of crowds, shouting, cheering etc. Bromwich plays Pails in Singles for Championship, Pails in shorts. Elevated shot of game, excellent services by Pails, very good tennis.
