- It was protest time again. Mainly, it was peaceful. Thousands of CND marchers wound up their four day walk in Trafalgar Square. In orderly fashion they lodged their protest against Nuclear armaments and the War in Vietnam. But other had trouble in mind. They clashed with police outside the German Embassy and then marched on the "Daily Mirror" building, which houses the London offices of the Axel Springer publishing group. The police maintained control.
