Synopsis
Divided into 8 15-minute episodes, this series provides a tool-kit of techniques and practical communication skills for survival in the workplace. Each programme takes an individual facing a communication problem and teams them up with their own mentor. This mentor analyses their strengths and weaknesses; gives them challenges and strategies to work with, as well as tips for avoiding the pitfalls. Each programme is accompanied by training notes including tutor points, role-plays and self-study exercises. Presented by Matt Allwright.
