Rhodesian Spotlight Commentary - During his tour of Nyasaland, the Acting Governor General, Sir William Murphy visits a tea factory on the plains below Mlanje Mountain. Nyasaland seems to be able to grow anything, and within recent years, there has been a marked improvement in the processing of its natural products. This tea factory, as modern as any you could wish to see, is an excellent example. It is furthermore an eye-opener to those who have long imagined that tea only has to be picked and dried a little to be ready for the pot, why, everyone of these processes can make or mar the final producer, and there’s far more to tea than whether you take one lump or two. For that matter if you really want to do it justice, drink it unsweetened. - Researcher Comments
