- COI synopsis: 217 years later the Whitechapel Foundry in London England - original makers of the famous Library bell of America - have produced a replica 200 lbs in weight, one-fifth of the size of the original which now stands in Independence Hall Philadelphia. London Line strikes another note for Liberty’s sake.
