Career

Ian Morrison was a regular presenter for London Line (Colour Series 2), a series made by the Central Office of Information [qv] for the Commonwealth Affairs Office [qv] and the Foreign Office [qv] and distributed primarily to Canada, Australia and the United States. His earliest credit was for ‘Sea Monsters And The Lady’, London Line (Colour Series 2) No.1, released in 1967. In 1968 he is credited as researcher and presenter for ‘Meet The Trilec - Electric Tricycle’, London Line (Colour Series 2) No.28. Later in the year he is credited as producer, and presenter, for ‘A New Locomotive Giant Takes To The Track - The Kestrel’, London Line (Colour Series 2) No.46. He was also a regular presenter on the COI science magazine series Living Tomorrow (1969-1983) and Tomorrow Today (1969-1974). He presented the first edition of both series ‘HOLIDAY SKIMMER’ Living Tomorrow and Tomorrow Today No.1, released in 1969.
