British Pathe synopsis: "The ailments of friend Dobbin afford a ready outlet for feminine patience and sympathy, and more and more women are taking to the care of horses." reads the introductory intertitle. M/S of stable girl stroking the noses of horses whose heads stick over stable doors. M/S of horse having its legs washed with a hose. Various shots of a woman bandaging a horse’s leg. Another horse is tended to by a stable girl. "A queer sample of equine neckwear, but it effectively curbs an appetite for ointment and bandages!" A wooden attachment is placed around the neck of the horse. C/U of the horse’s head. Another horse is led from a stable. L/S of horses being walked through a yard. "yes, thank you! We’re much better now." C/U of horse looking over stable door.
