Summary

NoS Summary - young girl roller skates on an outdoor rink.
British Pathe synopsis: "Meet a little girl who can persuade a roller skate to forget its usual deceitful habits and balance as it should." M/S of a little girl on roller skates posing for the camera at an outdoor skating rink. She does various twirls and spins. "But, Miss Quick Feet is at her best with a little help." She then skates with a male partner. We then see them skating in slow motion. The man lifts and twirls the girl around.
