- COI synopsis: In the heart of the Kent countryside, at Chilham Castle, a new birds of prey centre is being set up. Vicki Luke meets the two young people, Stephen Ford (23) and Emma Braham (18) who will be running the centre. Vicki tries her hand at flying Ebony, the long-legged buzzard from Thailane and learns how to give commands that will bring the huge bird to land right on her wrist.
