Summary

COI synopsis: A twentieth century problem that increases with twentieth century affluence. London Line looks at London’s urban dilemma, at plans for easing traffic congestion and a computer controlled traffic system that really works. In the studio Michael Smee talks to London’s Traffic Commissioner Peter Stott about how London is learning to live with the motor car.
