Summary
COI synopsis: Solving a problem often means first spotting exactly where the problem lies. In this issue we look at a few of these areas where detection is the crucial first step. Crime detection on TV - with a difference. One night watchman can monitor thirty TV cameras with a new system which only displays the picture where the action is - an intruder, fire, or even smoke.
