- Summary
- COI synopsis: Many modern industrial processes depend on a constant supply of water - so what happens when repairs are needed? We try out a system using carbon dioxide. It freezes ice-plugs in the pipe and isolates the faulty section without shutting off the rest of the supply. We also investigate a very simple way to prevent pipes that may freeze in the winter from bursting.
