Summary
COI synopsis: At Atlantic College on the Welsh coast, training in modern rescue methods is just part of a two-year course offered to boys of different nationalities who are preparing to enter university. Instruction is, of course, given in the arts and the sciences and special importance is attached to modern languages. Each boy is taught two languages other than his own with the aid of the latest teaching techniques. But perhaps most important is the sense of service to the community and the character training that the pupils receive from cliff and sea rescue practices.
