- Summary
- COI synopsis: On show recently at London’s Royal College of Art were more than 200 contemporary works from Brazil. The principal of the college, Sir Robert Darwin, was so impressed with the standard of art on a recent trip to Latin America that he decided to hold an exhibition in London. In selecting the exhibits an attempt was made to capture the essential spirit of Brazil, which provides the theme of the exhibition.
