- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Down in the Drink. DESCRIPTION: Three dramatic events from real life, illustrating the hazards of coming down in the drink, where the consequences are so often fatal. Using a special experimental water-tank at Portsmouth, they’re carrying out practice drills, to help fliers of the future to save their lives if they ditch in the sea.
