MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Out on a Limb. DESCRIPTION: The West German Railways have recently started using a cunning device for inspecting bridges. It allows the inspectors to get a close up of the stone-work along the whole length of a bridge, without the laborious business of erecting scaffolding or cradles.
