MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Vintage ‘61. DESCRIPTION: This is probably the most famous estate in the Sauternes district of South West France, Chateau d’Yquem. We paid a visit recently and found the harvest well under way. They had a good Spring and Summer this year, and the indications are that Vintage ‘61 will be of extra fine quality.
