Summary

MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Honeymooners. DESCRIPTION: The Royal Yacht Britannia paid a call at Port of Spain. She brought Princess Margaret and her husband on a brief visit to Trinidad. The town was quite excited, when they came ashore and drove along towards Government House. . Later came an evening of dancing and many a calypso in honour of the honeymooners. SHOTLIST: GV Britannia comes alongside in dock. LS bow with Royal Standard flying. MS ship’s funnel and super-structure. MS Royal couple at top of gangway. CU Royal standard. MS couple come down gangway. MS couple driving through crowded street. MS Procession carries on down street.
