MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: British Dancers Win. DESCRIPTION: Our pictures show the finals of the International Dancing Contest for the European Cup in Frankfurt. Ten nations were represented, and competition was very keen. Number 9, Mr and Mrs Holshuysen of the Netherlands, proved to be the runners-up. The winning couple, number 6, were Mr Hurley and Miss Saxton of Great Britain. Their performance was warmly applauded, and they received the trophy from the Mayor of Frankfurt. SHOTLIST: Key scene.
