Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Aba Championships. DESCRIPTION: Amateur Boxing at Wembley, and the Lightweight Final between John Cooke from Bootle and Private Paul Warwick. The verdict went to the Army boxer after the referee stopped the fight in round three. Corporal Jim McGrail met Scottish champion Bobby Keddie in the Welterweights. The verdict was a points win for Jim McGrail. And here is Dave Thomas, defending his Heavyweight title against Len James who was fighting with an injured hand.
