- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Seasonable Weather. DESCRIPTION: They have had a bit too much of snow, in Oswego, a port on Lake Ontario. That has resulted in a state of emergency being declared. Six and a half feet of snow, with drifts piled up to fifty feet in many places. Farms have been isolated by the heavy fall, roofs of factories and homes collapsed. SHOTLIST: GV pan town in snowstorm.
