MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Cyprus Dispatch. DESCRIPTION: General Sir Francis Festing paid a visit to the Lancashire Fusiliers, stationed at Nicosia. His arrival coincided with the UN debate on Cyprus, and feelings were running high. But security forces were prepared for trouble. And it came: Cypriot schoolgirls were doing their best to look dangerous. Using the utmost restraint, the troops pacified the gentle sex by gentle persuasion. SHOTLIST: MS car enters camp (key).
