MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Our Royal Visitor. DESCRIPTION: Sir Cuthbert Ackroyd, received King Feisal at Guildhall, to present the address of welcome, Mr Selwyn Lloyd, received Overseas Diplomats and their wives at a Government Reception at Lancaster House. Previously (after visiting Harrow; his old school), the King went to the air station at Odiham in Hampshire. SHOTLIST: The Lord Mayor of London Sir Cuthbert Ackroyd, received King Feisal at the Guildhall. To present the address of welcome, Mr Selwyn Lloyd received Overseas visitors (diplomats) and their wives at a Government reception at Lancaster House. King Feisal’s uncle the Crown Prince, was accompanied by the Queen Mother, the Duke of Edinburgh and Princess Margaret, the Duchess of Kent, Princess Alexandra. Arrival of Lord Mayor. Address and welcome. CU of all Royal Family. Then to Odiham, the air station. Royal party looking at aircraft. Hunters and Javelins etc.
