Summary

MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Wimbledon Finals. DESCRIPTION: The Centre Court was packed for the Men’s Singles Final, when Victor Seixas beat Kurt Neilsen of Denmark for the title. Neilsen, who was unseeded, lost in three sets to the American. America supplied the finalists in the Womens Singles on the last day and Maureen Connolly retained her title in beating Doris Hart, a former champion, in two straight sets. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS.
